Under the patronage of the Embassy of India, Radisson Blu Martinez Hotel, Beirut, launched the “Taste of India”, an authentic weekly Indian night.
In addition to media, local press, and food and lifestyle bloggers, the event was honored by the presence of several ambassadors and other countries’ representatives. As well as prominent figures from the social and cultural scene. Attendees previewed a traditional Indian buffet prepared by the Indian Executive Chef at Radisson Blu Martinez, Palash Gomez.
“I checked the food and I loved it. The taste made me feel like home, especially that it is not very spicy.” Said Anita Nayar, Ambassador of India in Lebanon.
Olivos Restaurant at Radisson Blu Martinez will be offering The “Taste of India” -a scrumptious culinary journey through the many flavors of India- in an open buffet every Thursday, Starting 8:00 pm.
